Acceptance of Terms
Booking accommodation at Castel di Luco implies full acceptance of the following terms and conditions. The person making the reservation is personally responsible for compliance, including by all accompanying guests.

Rates
All prices are listed in euros and refer to the accommodation booked for the requested period.
The agreed price includes utilities (electricity, water, bath and bed linen), and—where applicable—meals specified in the offer (e.g., breakfast).
We reserve the right to change our published rates at any time and without prior notice. However, the price agreed upon at the time of booking (excluding any extras) will not be modified.

Booking and Deposit
Bookings can be made online via our official website.
To confirm the reservation, guests must provide their personal details, a phone number, an email address, travel dates, number of guests, and valid credit card information. This card will be held as a guarantee according to our cancellation policy.

If a booking is made without a credit card guarantee or for three or more rooms, a non-refundable 30% deposit is required.

Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary by room type. Please check the specific conditions before selecting your rate.

Castel di Luco reserves the right to charge the full amount at the time of booking for non-refundable rates.
For flexible rates, the remaining balance is due at check-out.

Cancellation Penalties
Cancellations made within the free cancellation window, where applicable, incur no charge and any pre-authorisation will be voided.
Cancellations outside this period will result in a charge equal to the full booking amount.

In the case of early departure, the full booking amount will be retained.
For non-refundable or discounted rates, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Modifications or cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] and must be confirmed by Castel di Luco.

Unavailability of Accommodation
In the event of unforeseen circumstances preventing us from providing the booked accommodation, Castel di Luco reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation of similar or superior quality at the same price. In extreme cases, the booking may be cancelled and a full refund issued.
No further claims for compensation will be considered beyond the amount already paid.

Arrival – Balance – Security Deposit
Check-in is available from 03:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Guests must present valid ID upon arrival. If valid documents are not presented, the booking will be cancelled and the full amount retained.

Accepted payment methods for additional services on-site:
- Cash
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Carta Sì, Bancomat)

Departure
On the day of departure, guests must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.
Any damage to the property, furnishings, or equipment must be compensated by the guest.

Breakfast
If included, breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM and features a variety of hot and cold, sweet and savoury items: fruit, vegetables, yoghurt, cheese, cured meats, eggs, jams, honey, hot drinks (coffee, tea, herbal teas, cappuccino, etc.), and cold drinks (juices, iced tea, infused water, and more).
Guests are required at the time of booking to inform staff of any food allergies or intolerances, including for accompanying guests.

Pets
Pets are allowed on request and subject to a cleaning fee.
Guests must inform us of any pets at the time of booking.

House Rules During Your Stay
All accommodations are delivered clean and fully functional.
Please report any issues or deficiencies within 24 hours of arrival.

In the case of lost keys, a fee of €100 will be charged.
Key duplication is strictly prohibited. Unauthorised access is a serious offence under the law.

It is forbidden to allow access to unauthorised persons without prior approval from management.
The number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy allowed for each unit.
